Hi, I'm Coach Rob

I am the creator and founder of Women Who Lift Weights, the #1 Women's Fitness Group on Facebook. I am a World's Level Competitive PowerLifter and PowerLifting Coach and Certified Trainer, as well as a published author, writer and speaker.

For 10 years I owned a gym called HeavyWeights Training Center where we had a very big focus on training women for body transformations, strength and PowerLifting. In my experience coaching I have literally helped thousands of women in a wide variety from brand new lifters all the way to World Champions from 13 years of age all the way to 74 years young.

I have extensive background in coaching women in numerous areas: PowerLifting, Body Transformation, Fat Loss, Strength, Performance, Weight Lifting, StrongMan/StrongWomen, Bikini, Fitness, and more.

During my time owning HW I fell in love with Coaching women and so for the last 5 years coaching and training women online via Women Who Lift Weights has been my focus and I love what I do: helping women to become stronger, healthier and happier.
